Licensed content in, your product out.
PLR (private label rights) is content that's already written, designed, or recorded, which you're licensed to take, rebrand, and put your own name on. Someone else drafted the guide, video series, or template pack; your job is to shape it into something that genuinely represents you.
Done badly, PLR is obvious and forgettable — the same file with a new cover, showing up on ten other sites. Done well, it's a real shortcut: instead of starting a course, lead magnet, or bonus from a blank page, you start from a solid draft and spend your time on what actually matters — your voice, your examples, your own experience. That's the difference between repackaged and rebranded.
The 18 checklists here walk you through that process in three stages:
LEARN — get clear on what you're working with, where good source content comes from, and the handful of ways people build a business around it (checklists 1-3).
BUILD — the hands-on rebranding work across graphics, written content, video, sales pages, articles, lead magnets, bonuses, funnels, and launches (checklists 4-17).
OWN — a current toolkit for the whole process, so you're not hunting for the right tool mid-project (checklist 18).
Most steps include a note on where your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, whichever you use) genuinely speeds things up — drafting variations, catching generic-sounding sections, or handling a first pass so you can focus on what only you can add.
Free members get checklists 1-6. Founding members get all 18, including the sales page, funnel, launch, and premium-program checklists for turning content into a full offer.
Would rather hand it off? eBiz123s offers done-for-you rebranding for members who want a finished, on-brand result without doing the work themselves. Reply QUOTE in the community or email us to ask about it.
