Monthly Videoplane Lifetime Giveaway: Official Rules

The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by eStage, Google, Meta or any other third party.

You can enter if you:

• are a legal resident of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and

There is a new giveaway every calendar month. Each monthly entry period starts at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of the month. [Simon to confirm: time zone]

There are two ways to enter. Both are free.

1. Reply method. Reply to the eBiz123s welcome email (the one titled “Welcome, and a monthly draw for you”) with one sentence about what you are building.
2. Free alternative method. Send a new email to simon@ebiz123s.com with the subject line “Giveaway” and one sentence about what you are building.

Limit one entry per person per month, however many emails you send. Extra entries are discarded. Entries made by bots, scripts or entry services are void. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the process.

One (1) winner each month receives a Videoplane Lifetime licence, with an approximate retail value of $297 as shown on ebiz123s.com/videoplane at the time of writing. [Simon to confirm: re-check this figure on the live page before publishing and before each draw]

Videoplane Lifetime is a one-time-payment licence to use the Videoplane app. The winner needs their own video hosting; the prize does not include hosting, eStage, or any other product or service.

There is no cash alternative and no substitution, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. The prize cannot be transferred. The winner is responsible for any taxes that apply to the prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in that month.

The winner will be told by email, sent to the address the entry came from, within 2 business days of the draw. Winning does not require the winner to appear in any publicity. The Sponsor may ask, separately and by email, whether the winner is happy to be named (first name and initial only) in the community or in marketing. Your entry (your email address and your one sentence) is used only to run the draw, to contact the winner, and to help the Sponsor decide what to build.
