It applies solely to the extent that its subject matter is not already addressed in the policy above, and it does not replace, supersede, limit, or narrow any provision of that policy. Where the policy above addresses the same subject matter, the policy above controls.
The Tools
In this amendment, the "Tools" means the software applications made available under the eBiz123s brand — including SplitWin (splitwin.ai) and other current or future applications such as CampaignIQ and Castplane — whether accessed through an eBiz123s membership, purchased individually, or used on a free tier.
Cookies on Tool domains
To the extent not addressed above: the Tools’ own websites and dashboards (for example, splitwin.ai) use essential cookies to keep you signed in. They do not use advertising cookies.
Identifiers set by measurement snippets
Where you install a Tool’s measurement snippet on your own website (for example, SplitWin), the snippet stores pseudonymous identifiers in visitors’ browser storage — a visitor token, a session identifier, variant assignments, and any recorded consent choice — solely to provide testing and analytics for your site. These identifiers contain no names, email addresses, or payment details. The snippet includes an optional consent mode and banner for jurisdictions that require prior consent; as the site owner, you are responsible for enabling the configuration your audience requires.
