Refund Policy

This amendment is supplemental only. It applies solely to the extent that its subject matter is not already addressed in the policy above, and it does not replace, supersede, limit, or narrow any provision of that policy. Where the policy above addresses the same subject matter, the policy above controls.

The Tools

In this amendment, the "Tools" means the software applications made available under the eBiz123s brand — including SplitWin (splitwin.ai) and other current or future applications such as CampaignIQ and Castplane — whether accessed through an eBiz123s membership, purchased individually, or used on a free tier.

Tool subscriptions

To the extent not addressed above: monthly Tool subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to the Tool’s free tier with your data retained and exportable. Refunds, where available, are governed by the policy above and the terms shown at the point of sale.

Membership-included access

Access to Tools included with an eBiz123s membership is part of that membership and carries no separate fee; ending the membership ends the included Tool access (the Tool account reverts to its free tier) and does not give rise to a separate refund for the Tools themselves.

One-time Lifetime purchases

To the extent not addressed above: Videoplane and Buildplane Lifetime purchases are one-time payments at the price shown at checkout; launch pricing applies to a stated number of seats and rises when those seats are sold. Lifetime purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Buildplane early-access purchases may additionally be refunded on request at any time before Buildplane goes live. Refunds end the associated lifetime access and any granted entitlements. Lifetime purchases are separate from the Founding Membership, which includes only the Founding edition of each app.

What eBiz Credits are

eBiz Credits are prepaid AI time bought in one-off packs, in US dollars. They are not a subscription and nothing renews. One credit is one cent of AI time. Credits are added to your balance when payment clears, they do not expire, and the balance is yours rather than any one app’s: every eBiz app that runs on credits draws from the same balance. Your balance and every deduction are shown on your dashboard.

How much a piece of work costs

A credit is always one cent; that does not change. How many credits a piece of work costs depends on the AI model you choose and on the price our AI provider charges us, so if those underlying prices change the credits-per-run rate changes with them. The current rate is shown on your dashboard before you run anything. Credits you have already bought keep their value and are never revalued.

Refunds on credits

To the extent not addressed above: unused credits may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase — email support@ebiz123s.com and say which order. Credits you have already spent are not refundable, because the work has been run and the compute paid for on your behalf. A refund cancels the unused remainder of that pack. If you close your account, any unused balance is refundable on these same terms for 14 days after closing, after which it lapses.

Transfer and misuse

Credits are tied to the email address used to buy them. They cannot be transferred to another account, sold or shared, or exchanged for cash. A credit key is issued for running eBiz apps: reselling access to it, or using it as a general-purpose API, is not permitted. Keys found being resold or shared are revoked and the unused balance refunded.
