Amendment 1 — eBiz123s Applications & Tools
This amendment is supplemental only. It applies solely to the extent that its subject matter is not already addressed in the policy above, and it does not replace, supersede, limit, or narrow any provision of that policy. Where the policy above addresses the same subject matter, the policy above controls.
The Tools
In this amendment, the "Tools" means the software applications made available under the eBiz123s brand — including SplitWin (splitwin.ai) and other current or future applications such as CampaignIQ and Castplane — whether accessed through an eBiz123s membership, purchased individually, or used on a free tier.
Account data
To the extent not addressed above: when a Tool account is provisioned for you, we process your email address, name (where provided), and a securely hashed password to create and operate the account, and we send transactional emails (access links, receipts, service notices) relating to that account.
Data processed on your behalf
Where a Tool measures activity on YOUR website (for example, the SplitWin testing snippet), the visitor-interaction data it collects — page views, clicks, scroll depth, device type, and pseudonymous identifiers — is processed on your behalf and under your instructions. You are the controller of that data and we act as a processor; the applicable data processing terms are published on the Tool’s own domain (for SplitWin: splitwin.ai/dpa.php). The Tools do not collect your visitors’ names, email addresses, or payment details through such measurement.
AI features
Some Tools include AI-assisted features (for example, generation of copy variants). Content you submit to those features is processed by our AI infrastructure provider solely to produce the requested output and is not used by us to train AI models.
Export & deletion
To the extent not addressed above: data held in your Tool accounts can be exported from within the relevant Tool (for example, CSV export in SplitWin), and account deletion requests are honored in accordance with the policy above.
