The native cursor hides inside the section; a brand dot snaps to your position while a ring chases it with easing — the lag is the luxury. Scope it to hero sections, never the whole page.

Paste into Claude Code / eStage builder AIAdd a custom cursor to my hero section (not the whole page): set cursor: none on the section; render two absolutely-positioned elements — a small 6px dot in my primary brand color that snaps exactly to the pointer, and a 28px ring (1px border, primary color at ~70%) that chases the pointer with linear interpolation (each frame move it ~16% of the remaining distance) inside a requestAnimationFrame loop. Position both with transform: translate() only. Restore the native cursor outside the section, on touch devices, and under prefers-reduced-motion.

Cursor experiences — the pointer as a character
Desktop visitors spend the whole session holding one thing: the cursor. These six effects turn it into part of your brand — a custom cursor with a chasing ring, a fading wake, text that plays hard to get, the 3D tilt card, a trail of cards dealt along the cursor's path, and the combo: a tilt card ringed by a rotating beam. All pointer-only; touch devices see the normal page.
