Write the email. Score it before you send.
Describe what the email needs to say and Sendplane writes it, or paste your own and it suggests edits. Every subject line and preheader is scored and spam-checked before you see it.
The idea in one picture
You give it
“What the email is about, who it is for, what you want them to do”
You get
- A full email draft
- Subject and preheader pairs, ranked
- A score and spam check for each
- Edits you can accept one by one
What it does
How it works, step by step.
- Choose Write or ImproveWrite starts from a short brief. Improve starts from an email you paste in.
- Give it the detailsFor Write: what the email says, who it is for, the action you want and a tone. For Improve: the subject, preheader and body.
- Review the resultYou get subject and preheader pairs, each scored and spam-checked, ranked best first.
- Accept what you likeIn Improve mode, accept the suggested edits one at a time and watch the score update.
What you get and who it is for
Anyone who sends email to a list and wants help writing it without trusting an AI blindly.
Four tones to start from
Warm and direct, plain and practical, enthusiastic but honest, or quiet and considered.
The AI does not get the last word
The same scoring and spam checks behind the free Subject Line Scorer and Spam Check run on what comes back.
Edits, not rewrites
Improve mode proposes specific edits you accept or skip.
