Website modernization proposal · Prepared for Amerikal Products Corporation

Two sites. One brand family.
Brought up to 2026 standard.

Amerikal has a 35-year sustainability story most manufacturers would kill for — and Genesis 950 has the reviews to power a modern DTC brand. Neither site currently tells that story the way 2026 buyers expect. We rebuilt both as working concepts so you can see the difference, not imagine it.

What we found

amerikal.com

B2B — pressroom chemistry & technology

  • Dated WordPress theme; static layout with no motion or modern interactions
  • Strong story (est. 1989, zero HAPs, 18,000 gal/shift) buried in dense text blocks
  • No clear conversion path — "MORE INFO" links instead of a guided journey to a sales conversation
  • Not designed mobile-first; typography and hierarchy feel 2012-era

genesis950.com

DTC e-commerce — consumer cleaning brand

  • Product imagery and page furniture largely unchanged since 2017 (Google+ links still present)
  • The concentrate value story (1 gallon → 7 gallons) is never visualized
  • Testimonials exist but are presented flat — no social-proof momentum
  • Checkout journey and mobile experience lag current DTC conversion standards

What the rebuild includes

Motion with a purpose

Scroll-triggered reveals, animated proof-point counters, marquee tickers and micro-interactions on every clickable element — all respecting reduced-motion preferences.

Mobile-first, accessible

Semantic structure, keyboard navigation, WCAG-conscious contrast, and layouts designed for the phone screens most of your buyers actually use.

Conversion architecture

Amerikal: a guided path to an engineering conversation. Genesis 950: a modern DTC funnel with visualized value, social proof and a friction-free path to purchase.

One platform, one partner

Both sites run on the same modern stack with shared tooling — one relationship covers design, build, hosting and ongoing iteration for the whole Amerikal brand family.

Next step

Walk through both concepts together on a 20-minute call. If you like the direction, we scope the full build — content migration, remaining pages, e-commerce and launch — as one project covering both properties.
